If you are struggling to cope with the loss of your loved one and worried about facing the future without your partner attend our classes. The group sessions will focus on the normal grieving process, fostering resiliency, and how to cope with holidays and other special days. The sessions are free and open to anyone who has experienced the death of a spouse. Register in advance.
