As a licensed appraiser with over 10 years of residential appraising experience, I have handled a variety of valuation needs and a variety of property types.  I have the education and knowledge to provide the type of residential valuation assignments that banks and major lending institutions require for home loans. I also provide service to Individual and other non lending parties.

My primary coverage area consist of the following counties: Chippewa, Eau Claire and Dunn.  My secondary counties include Barron, Buffalo, Pepin, Pierce, Rusk, Saint Croix and Trempealeau. I utilize two MLS systems to provide appraisal services in these areas.
