They are proud to be locally owned and operated in Eau Claire, Wisconsin where there first store opened in 1984. The original concept was to provide an outlet to sell factory closeouts at bargain prices. The introduction of party goods began in 1987.

Over the course of six years, stores were opened in Schofield, Fond du Lac, and Janesville, Wisconsin. Now, they're pleased to bring their vast selection of goods to the world wide web!
