Dan O’Connell is the President and sole owner of the company. He purchased the agency in 1990 and since that time the company has experienced tremendous growth by exceeding client expectations in terms of high recovery rates and quality service.

In 2004, Alliance Collection Agencies became the 12th agency in the world to become certified by ACA International’s Professional Practices Management System (PPMS). ACA International is the world’s largest trade association for debt collection companies. Alliance Collection Agencies, Inc. is currently one of 43 agencies in the world with this certification.

There are currently over 75 professionally trained and skilled associates employed at the company. Alliance Collection Agencies has a structured and comprehensive training program. A full time trainer provides continous training to all collection team members regarding all applicable laws and client service expectations.
