In 1999, ERS became a wholly owned subsidiary of the largest reprographics company worldwide, American Reprographics Company (ARC). The premier core of ARC's business model is Planwell.

It was ERS that placed construction project documents on-line back in 1997 with a product we helped create called "Bid-View" which later became Planwell. The worlds largest on-line Planroom today.

ERS, with our merger with MinnBlue Digital in 2004,is one of the 10 largest divisions of ARC and is routinely called upon by ARC, and the regional and national trade associations to present new methods and technical tools to help quiet our fast changing industry.
