Established in 1998 by Milo Pinkerton and his parents Delores (Tod) and Hulbert (Hub), MSPRE has assembled a team with the experience and tenacity to exceed expectations. It is a long-term owner that owns over 90 percent of what it’s built, assuring a vested interest in seeing the best building for itself and the community. MSPRE has experience with public/private development projects utilizing TIF, Metropolitan Council grants, and DTED grants. MSPRE has real estate development knowledge gained over the past 15 years to handle all sorts of development projects totaling over $90 million in project costs in 23 developments.
