With over 15 years design and communications experience, I speak, train, blog, and tweet on branding, marketing, public relations, and social media. My engaging workshops are geared toward individuals of all ages and experience levels, small businesses, libraries, educational institutions, and government organizations. Topics include Social Media 101, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Social Media Marketing, and more. Each workshop is tailored to the organization and its specific needs, including whether the focus is on executive management, staff, patrons, or clients.

My background includes being Public Relations and Communications Manager for Indianhead Federated Library System and interim Communications Manager for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation's Northwest Region. My roles at both involved internal and external communications including public relations, media relations, graphic/web design, networking, and traditional and social media marketing.

Completing a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications-Public Relations at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, I am an Advisory Board Member at the University’s Children's Center. I am also an active member in venues including the Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce’s Social Media and Annual Meeting committees, Leadership Eau Claire Program’s Curriculum Committee and Media Day Co-Chair, International Host Family for college students, and graphic design volunteer for Chippewa Valley Adult Special Olympics.
