The Dirks Group, LLC in Eau Claire, WI

The Dirks Group began in 1999. Jeff and Michele Dirks created their company as a fresh, new alternative to traditional Information Technology (IT) services and consulting. What makes the company unique is that solutions for hardware, software and design are given based on an expert analysis of the needs of each client, instead of being influenced by an exclusive product line loyalty or preference.

Jeff and Michele were encouraged by the initial reactions from clients who noted the difference in service, because The Dirks Group listened first and then responded. As the business grew, their office moved from the Wausau Business Incubator into its current location at 1202 Callon Street, and eventually they were able to open a sister store in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. With even more growth over the past four years, The Dirks Group launched the first Data Center in central and northern Wisconsin in 2006 and just this year purchased a new building, which they will move into sometime this summer.
