Hi! My name is Chris Powell, and I am a fishing guide, and a lifetime resident of Chippewa Falls, WI. I am a married father of two beautiful daughters. I have been an avid fisherman for my entire life. Lake Wissota is just a few miles from home and is where I spend most of my time on the water. It is an excellent fishery for walleyes, smallmouth and catfish which I mainly target. But I don't just stick to Lake Wissota. There is so many more angling opportunities in Wisconsin, it is hard for me to pick a favorite! I may be fly fishing for bluegills on Otter Lake. Or bass fishing at Miller Dam. Maybe looking for yet another trophy brown trout on the Lake Michigan tributaries in November.
